Human Resources and Payroll service includes:

  • keeping of HR records, personal files of employees, employees absence and working time registers, drafting any documents related to the employment relationship
  • calculation of the payable remuneration, severance payments, compensations, salary substitutions (holiday compensations/equivalents), service (jubilee) anniversary awards and other additional payments indicated by an Employer, taking into consideration any additional deductions pursuant to the terms and conditions of individual contracts, legal regulation, work and remuneration rules and regulations
  • ordering of periodic health examinations as well as OHS trainings for employees
  • preparing of the Central Statistical Office (GUS) and the State Fund for Rehabilitation of the Disabled (PFRON) declarations
  • registering, upgrading as well as removing employees from the Social Insurance Office (ZUS) register
  • preparing and submitting of tax revenues to an appropriate Tax Office (Internal Revenue Office)
  • preparing of bank wire transfers to the benefit of state offices (the Social Insurance Office, Tax Office, the State Fund for Rehabilitation of the Disabled)
  • preparing of bank wire transfers and sending the remuneration to the indicated bank accounts
  • preparing of payments from the Company Social Benefits Fund pursuant to the Rules and Regulations as well as the orders of the Company Social Benefits Fund;
  • provision of data and explanations regarding issues covered by the rendered service during any possible inspections made by the authorized institutions as well as other affairs related to HR service.
