Kancelaria Podatkowa i Księgowość Contable Sp. z o.o. (Ltd.) offers a possibility to appoint a Tax Proxy or a Tax Representative to handle all essential formalities required by the Polish tax authorities.

Tax Representation service covers representation of non-EU companies which do not have a headquarter in Poland for VAT purposes.

We are jointly and severally liable for the tax liabilities of a taxpayer whom we represent.

Our responsibilities include:

• Fulfilling of the obligations of a taxpayer we represent
• Preparing of settlements related to any value added tax transactions
• Keeping of VAT records and documentation
• Carrying out any other activities related to VAT regulations.

Tax Proxy

As a part of the Tax Proxy service we represent and fulfill our Customer’s liabilities arising out of the Value Added Tax Act.

The service is provided for companies with the registered office within the EU area.

Our responsibilities include:

• Keeping of records and documentation required by VAT regulations
• Supervising if audits and tax proceedings are conducted properly
